Commission terms of service
Content:
You receive the described product(s) for sale, including the fursuit, character design and any included extras. Upgrades to include extra parts to be custom made and fitted will be mentioned in the sale description.
Shipping:
Shipping is from Australia (ACT) and may cost more for international customers (estimated $90 AUD postage to the US and UK). Shipping is paid in addition to the cost of the product.
Refunds and return policy:
I do not offer refunds on premade fursuits. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, or it is damaged in any way, it can be returned for repairs or adjustments. However, there are no permanent returns on products.
Repairs may be eligible for work fees depending on the complexity. Shipping fees must also be paid for by the customer.
Payment:
The payment for my products are made through PayPal and are in AUD (Australian Dollar). Payment plans are not available for premade fursuits.
Custom fursuits
Content:
I make fursuits and fursuit parts. Available at the moment are fursuit partials, either pre-designed or custom designed by the customer. For custom orders, a reference sheet of a character is preferred, however one can be made for extra cost (estimated $20-30). Some body measurements will be required.
Ask me about any extras, complex designs, and extra add-ons you may be interested in.
I retain the right to reject any offensive or distasteful designs.

Return policy:
I do not take returns on my suits. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, or it is damaged in any way, it can be returned for repairs. However, there are no permanent returns on products.
Repairs are free within a year of receiving the product. Any repair or update past a year from purchase may be eligible for work fees. Shipping, however, must be paid for by the customer.
Payment:
The payment for my products are made through PayPal and are in AUD (Australian Dollar). For custom orders, I require a down payment for the material cost of the product before I begin my work.
Payment plans and other options can be discussed. The commission may be abandoned after three late payments of the agreed payment plan.
Refunds:
For custom orders, you will be refunded all of your money, minus anything that has already been used to purchase materials. If you would like to keep said materials, shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Refunds during the making process are only available in the event of unforeseen financial circumstances.
Customer satisfaction:
Multiple progress photos will be sent during the process of the product’s creation to the customer. Any alteration the customer wishes to be made after viewing the progress photos, should be brought to attention during the making process as this is the best time to make changes.
If you are not satisfied with the product design at its completion, changes can be made until you are satisfied, however, you are not eligible for a refund.
